
The story behind VESTENS Microbrewery
We are a married couple who live with our 2 lovely daughters in the countryside, just a few kilometers from the west coast of Jutland. For many years we have been brewing apple cider with wild yeast from our own wild apples at home on the farm.
One day Camilla came home with a mysterious sour soft drink called Kombucha.
We fell so in love with drinking and brewing this living soft drink that we decided to take an international training course in commercial kombucha brewing in 2021. Since then, we have built our own microbrewery at home on the farm and developed our skills.
We are now proud to be able to offer our customers an elegant organic kombucha of the highest quality, filled with good microorganisms and lots of flavor.
