Our products contain only the best ingredients, most of which come from our own farm.

Our unique fermentation process

The brewing

We use fresh, clean water and the finest organic tea and organic cane sugar to give life to the best possible start to our product. Once the tea has cooled, we add a piece of our existing culture to kick-start the fermentation process.

The fermentation process

The brewed tea is placed in a clean vessel, covered and left to ferment. After 7-10 days, the SCOBY will grow in size and give off its characteristic flavor, and the kombucha is ready to be tasted and adjusted to taste.

Addition of organic fruit juice and herbs

We now add organic herbs and fruit juices, which we slow juice ourselves in the brewery.

After cooling and light filtering, our kombucha is ready to be bottled.

To ensure the production of the highest quality product, we maintain strict hygiene protocols in our facilities and have completed a certification course in safe brewing practices and require our staff to complete training in safe food handling.
