We've been fascinated by Kombucha for many years and began brewing for our own use in our home kitchen in 2019. We loved the process and product so much that we decided to complete an international education on commercial kombucha brewing in the spring of 2021. Since then, we have developed our skills and are now proud to brew a stable kombucha of the highest quality, filled with healthy microorganisms and lots of flavor.
