Subscription terms:

Only people who are 18 years of age or older and live in Denmark can enter into a subscription agreement with Wild Apple Kombucha.

The customer must read and accept the trading conditions in order to be allowed to use the service.

The service gives the customer access to Wild Apple Kombucha's services when ordering.

The customer must register a user account on the portal to access the Service.

Registration and user access

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. When registering, the customer may only provide information regarding their own payment and credit cards.

When registering, the Customer must provide a username and password (hereinafter "Login Information"). The user's login information is personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated on the product.

The customer is responsible for all use of his user account.

If the customer suspects illegal use of the customer's login information, the customer must immediately notify Wild Apple Kombucha and change their password.

Payment for the subscription is made in advance each month.

​

The customer must make the payment for the subscription via Wild Apple Kombucha's offered means of payment on the website. The customer undertakes to sign the necessary documents and to have sufficient funds available for payment via the chosen payment method on each payment date.

Wild Apple Kombucha reserves the right to change any the fee and other conditions for the Service. The change must be notified to the Customer no later than 30 days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the Customer is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day the change takes effect. If the Customer does not cancel the subscription before the change takes effect, it must be considered as acceptance of the change. Changes that are clearly to the customer's advantage apply immediately without the customer's right of termination.

Unsubscribe

Termination of the Service can take place at the end of the payment period of 1 month from the last payment. To cancel your agreement, you must contact Wild Apple Kombucha, by email: kl@wildapplekombucha.dk

 

Payment

Wild Apple Kombucha accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and China UnionPay

Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. 

Wild Apple Kombucha uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.

Wild Apple Kombucha's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-7 days. As a starting point, we deliver goods ourselves every Monday, but in periods we will use PostNord

​

Right of withdrawal: There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

​

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

​

Any return costs are borne by the customer himself.

​

Requests for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

​

Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to mail kl@wildapplekombucha.dk. In the notification, your wish to use the right of withdrawal must be clearly stated.

Item condition upon return:

You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.

​

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Wild Apple Kombucha to assess the product's condition.

​

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.

​

Complaint regarding Errors and defects must be reported to Wild Apple Kombucha within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Wild Apple Kombucha, we need the following information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Wild Apple Kombucha and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
